Meeting Minutes

Opening:

The regular meeting of Omaha N-Trak was called to order at 2:00 PM on 21 September, 2008 at Richard Ralstons by Scott Crites, President.

 Present:

A.        Approval of Agenda

The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.

B.        Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.

C.         Treasurers Report

Richard Ralston gave the report.

D.        Open Issues

Tom brought up the webpage not being up to date.  Scott said he will get it up dated.  Scott also added that if any one would like to add more pictures please send them to him.

E.         New Business

GOSME, there is interest in going and I will follow up with Brian Winters to see if we are invited.  One day show October 11th.  Scott said will send out email to confirm participation.
 
UP Museum has invited us back for the holidays, Potential dates would be set up 12/19, operating dates 12/20,12/23, 12/26, 12/27, 12/30, 1/2, 1/3, and tear down 1/3.  Richard will follow up with the museum and confirm dates.
 
Burke show, NMRA, potentially some time in the spring.  Will advise.
 
Western Heritage-Durham Museum, apparently there is some one there with an interest in having a model railroad set up and possibly more...  Dave and or I will follow up.

For the post meeting activity Richard was kind enough to run some trains for us on his home layout.  Thanks Richard.
