Omaha N-Trak

Meeting Minutes

Opening:

The regular meeting of Omaha N-Trak was called to order at 2:00 PM on 21 October, 2007 at Harvey Swangers by Scott Crites, President.

Present:

A.        Approval of Agenda

The agenda was unanimously approved as distributed.

B.        Approval of Minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as distributed.

C.      Treasurers Report

D.        Open Issues

The club has discussed establishing standards for module construction for a long time.  Jim Zellmer and Ely Yount prepared a document with proposed club standards.  The document was thourghly discussed and modified as needed.  The standards were approved by the attendees and will be posted on our website.

Set up for UP Museum show will be Friday, Dec. 21^st.  Participants need to get their modules ready and we need to coordinate who will be operating trains through out the week.  Trains will run Saturday the 22^nd, Wednesday the 26^th through Saturday the 29^th.

E.         New Business

No new business.

Meeting was adjourned at 4:20 PM by Scott Crites.  The next general meeting will be module inspection at Harvey Swanger’s.  Date TBD.
